K9 city - a place built on authoritarian rule and keeping the dogs
at bay. In this world, wolves are the top dogs and domestic dogs are
at the bottom of society's ladder. Karl's cynicism had led him to
believe that in this city, nothing could be done but to obey and
keep your head down. That is, until one fateful encounter with a
certain borzoi dog had him uncovering the city's last saving hope -
The Underdogs.
